When you request an estimate, we visit your property and put every detail in writing: the scope of work, the materials we will use, the timeline, and the total price. The number we quote is the number you pay unless you decide to change the plan yourself.
During construction, our crews treat your property with care. We protect surrounding surfaces, keep the site tidy, and communicate regularly so you always know the status of your project. If an issue comes up, we tell you right away and present solutions, instead of leaving you to discover problems after we leave.
After the project is finished, our commitment does not end. The one-year labor warranty covers workmanship on every job, and we respond to warranty questions at (915) 888-0440. Materials are additionally protected by manufacturer warranties, which we register and explain for you. If anything is not right, we come back and make it right. What exactly does the one-year labor warranty cover?
It covers workmanship on your project. If something related to how the work was performed needs attention within one year of completion, we return and correct it at no cost to you. Materials are separately covered by manufacturer warranties, which we register and explain for you.

Will the price change after I approve the estimate?
Not unless you change the scope of work. Our written estimates are firm, and if you decide to add or remove items, we amend the estimate in writing before the change happens. You will never be surprised by a charge you did not approve.
What if I am unhappy with something after the crew leaves?
Tell us. Honest feedback is part of the promise. Call us, describe the issue, and we will schedule a time to look at it. If it is about workmanship, we fix it under the warranty. If it is about something else, we will still work to make it right.
Does the promise apply to commercial projects too?
Yes. Commercial clients receive the same written estimates, clear communication, one-year labor warranty, and manufacturer warranties on materials. The scale is bigger, but the promise is identical.
